‘Until they learn…’: Trump’s new clarification on H-1B confuses Americans; ‘We aren’t buying it’
Trump defended his earlier statement that America needs certain talents and added 'until they learn' for clarification amid a raging H-1B controversy. “For instance, if you’re going to be making chips, we don’t make chips too much here anymore,” he said. “But we have to train our people how to make chips because we didn’t do it. We used to do it and then, foolishly, we lost that business to Taiwan," he said.
