Delhi car blast: Doctors with bombs
On the evening of November 10, an explosion in a car near the Red Fort in Delhi killed 13 people and injured at least 20. Investigations suggest that the suspect, Dr. Umar ul Nabi, who died in the blast, was part of a network that was allegedly plotting terror strikes.
