Bihar: Bridge collapses in Araria; built in 2019 for Rs 4 crore, traffic movement halted
A middle pillar of a four-crore rupee bridge in Bihar's Araria district collapsed on Monday, causing no injuries. The bridge, built in 2019 and connecting Forbesganj with Pategna village, has had all traffic halted. A technical team is investigating the incident, which follows a dozen bridge collapses in the state last year.
