IFFI 2025: Second Wind – Pain, Healing aur Honest Storytelling का Cinematic Blend

IFFI Goa 2025 में Second Wind की screening ने audience को सच में emotional कर दिया, क्योंकि ये सिर्फ ek film नहीं—चार real women athletes की असली zindagi से निकली हुई कहानी  है. Director ने किसी actor को cast नहीं किया, क्योंकि उनके according 10–13 साल की running या  swimming की journey को कोइ actor 5–6 months की training में feel ही नहीं कर सकता। इसीलिए film की authenticity real athletes से ही आती है.  Director के  लिए यह film एक healing process थी—और उनके लिए और actresses के लिए भी . उनकी daughter Mallika, जो real life में भी एक swimmer हैं, film में भी apna real experience लेकर आई हैं. Pain, comeback, fall, rise—Second Wind इन emotions से पैदा हुई है. Film का core message simple but powerful है.
