Penalties worth Rs 129 crore imposed in 7 states for Jal Jeevan Mission irregularities
Seven states have imposed penalties totaling around Rs 129 crore against contractors and officials for irregularities in the Jal Jeevan Mission scheme, following Prime Minister Modi's directive for zero tolerance.
