123-year-old Curzon clock ticks again at Golden Temple
A historic clock, once frozen at 10:08 at Amritsar's Sri Darbar Sahib, has been revived after a two-year restoration in Birmingham. Commissioned by Lord Curzon in 1902, the 10kg brass timepiece, damaged over time, has been meticulously restored to its original glory. It will soon be reinstalled, ticking again to mark time at the sacred shrine.
