जब अपनों ने ही दिया धोखा: स्टार्टअप के बाजीगर की संघर्ष और विश्वासघात की कहानी

नवीन दौर में संघर्ष व विश्वासघात की घटनाएँ तेजी से बढ़ रही हैं, विशेष रूप से भारतीय स्टार्टअप जगत में। भारतपे (BharatPe) के सह-संस्थापक अशनीर ग्रोवर की घटना ने यह दिखा दिया कि किस तरह किसी के सबसे करीबी सहयोगी भी धोखा दे सकते हैं।

व्यावसायिक सफलता की सीढ़ी चढ़ने के लिये संघर्ष और मेहनत तो जरूरी है ही, लेकिन सबसे बड़ी चुनौती तब आती है जब अपने लोग ही पीठ पीछे वार करते हैं। अशनीर ग्रोवर ने 2018 में Shashvat Nakrani के साथ मिलकर भारतपे की नींव रखी थी। कंपनी ने देखते ही देखते 2021 तक 2.85 अरब डॉलर मूल्य तक पहुंच गई थी। 

2022 में एक विशेष ऑडिट में पता चला कि अशनीर ग्रोवर और उनकी पत्नी, जो कंपनी की एचआर हेड थीं, ने फर्जी वेंडर्स के माध्यम से कंपनी से करीब 88.67 करोड़ रुपये निकाल लिये। इस खुलासे के बाद कंपनी ने अशनीर और उनकी पत्नी को बाहर कर दिया और उन पर कई कानूनी केस भी दर्ज हुए। इस घोटाले ने न केवल कंपनी की छवि को नुकसान पहुँचाया, बल्कि भारतीय फिनटेक सेक्टर की साख भी हिला दी[1]। 

व्यावसायिक विश्वासघात से मिलने वाले सबक

अशनीर ग्रोवर का संघर्ष हमें यह सिखाता है कि व्यापार में ईमानदारी और पारदर्शिता सबसे जरूरी है[1]। 
विश्वासघात के इस दौर में, अपने आसपास के लोगों की नीयत को समय-समय पर परखते रहना चाहिए। 
इस घटना के बाद भारतपे ने अपनी आंतरिक जांच प्रक्रिया को और कठोर कर दिया है, जिससे आगे कोई भी बड़े स्तर पर नुकसान न हो। 


आज के दौर में संघर्ष करने वालों के लिए यह एक बड़ा सबक है—आपका सबसे बड़ा सहारा कभी-कभी आपका सबसे बड़ा धोखेबाज भी बन सकता है। विश्वासघात के सदमे से उबरना कठिन है, लेकिन अपने नैतिक मूल्यों एवं लक्ष्य पर मजबूती से टिके रहना ही आगे बढ़ने का सही रास्ता है[1]।
